Insignia Manufacturing Ltd are the UK’s leading manufacturer of cabinet support systems offering a complete range of products to the Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom and Office sectors.  We are a family run company specialising in the manufacture of injection moulded furniture components at our centrally located factory in Corby, Northamptonshire. We supply our products from the UK to companies Worldwide.

Our production facility is certified to the ISO9001:2015 quality standard, supporting our strong product offering, which is being continually developed by our in house design and toolmaking departments, helping us to maintain our position as the market leader in the sector.  The products we manufacture, where applicable, are fully tested at FIRA and SATRA in the UK, and we have previously worked with LGA in Germany.  

Our manufacturing facility moulds over 10 million plastic components every month, which are assembled and packed to our customer’s specific requirements by our experienced team of staff.

Our production capabilities coupled with our own, in-house tooling engineers means we have the ability to not only increase tooling on existing products as our business grows, but we are able to work with our customers to design, tool and manufacture, in the UK, any new plastic injection moulded components they may require.  We can take a hand-sketched concept into a viable, commercial product.

With our specialist packing department our products can be supplied bulk packed or pre-bagged to customer specification, which can include any screws, brackets instruction leaflets etc, with the product branded if required. We also work with other manufacturers and stock and distribute their related products, so we can source many components reducing complexity within the supply chain.
