Product Packing

At Insignia Manufacturing, we employ our own in-house packing team to help improve the speed and efficiency of the service we provide. From design and tooling through to moulding and packaging, we control the entire process ensuring our quality procedures are maintained from start-to-finish.

We pack over four million complete packages every year and can even cater for our clients’ bespoke specifications. Our specialist packing department has the ability to package products in bulk quantities or single pre-bagged formats, including labelled, coded and branded bags as well as boxes, depending on individual requirements.

The team at Insignia Manufacturing work with third-party manufacturers to source and supply secondary components including screws, brackets and instruction leaflets, ensuring the entire packing process can be completed in our warehouse. To further reduce complexities within the supply chain, we can stock and distribute a range of products that complement our own injection mouldings.
