Here at insignia we offer an end-to-end solution through our in house design, tooling and packing facilities; meaning we can boast reduced lead times while providing bespoke solutions. We manufacture many everyday items for an array of sectors through plastic injection moulding. We use injection moulding as it is a mass production process that is perfect for intricate products with limited tolerances. This method is perfect when consistent and reliable production is needed and provides a low cost sustainable option due to the low levels of waste produced. Which is why it is our preferred method of production here at Insignia Manufacturing.

Corner protectors

Corner Protectors for packaging solutions help to prevent damage and ensure your products arrive looking perfect. Our injection moulded corner protectors come in a range of sizes, and in the colours black and white. Depending on the specifications of the product, our plastic injected corner protectors can be purchased in quantities of 700 or 900.

Waste bins

Our Waste Bins are a drawer component, effortlessly sliding in and out. The plastic waste bin is easily accessed when needed yet can be tucked fully out of sight when not in use to help create a hygienic and streamlined room design. One of our plastic bin drawer component models consists of one 20L bin and two 10L bins making it easy to separate waste such as recycling and general waste. These can be purchased on their own.

Cutlery trays

Our plastic injection moulded Cutlery Trays come in a range of styles and sizes. They provide a hygienic alternative to keep drawers organised as they can easily be removed and cleaned. Our cutlery trays come in quantities of 15 – 40 depending on the style.

Pen trays

Injection Moulded Pen Trays are perfect for commercial office settings or educational environments to help keep stationary drawers tidy and organised. Our pen trays come in two sizes and styles and are available to be purchased in boxes of 30 trays.

Drawer runners

Drawer runners ensure smooth motion when pulling drawers to open and close, they also utilise a small block to ensure the drawer does not come out of the cabinet when pulled too hard. Our injection moulded drawer runners are 320 x 16 x 8mm and are sold in boxes of 800.

Cable outlets

Cable outlets provide a tidy cover for settings such as offices where multiple cables and wires are needed around the room. Our plastic injected cable outlets come in different sizes and can be purchased in boxes with quantities of 350 – 400.
